David Bright is a Boston native who has lived in Maine since 1966. He worked at the Bangor Daily News in Bangor Maine for 26 years, serving as a city desk reporter, environment writer, agriculture columnist, copy editor and state editor.
David then worked 10 years as a computer specialist installing and supporting editorial systems for a number of newspapers and magazines around the country, including The Cape Cod Times, Concord Monitor and Newsweek.
For glue, David specializes in editing both website and print material. If required, his research and writing skills can greatly enrich client content.
He and his wife, Jean Hay Bright, now operate BrightBerry Farm in Dixmont Maine, an organic small fruit and vegetable farm, and BrightBerry Press, which has published three books. Bright is a member of the National Writers Union.
